4. Hair Accessories – hair accessories, such as sprinkles of ironed-in gold stars, hit the party season at the end of 2015 and look set to shine throughout 2016 too. Hair jewellery is set to be big as well. And hair tattoos anyone?

5. Long Hair – the prediction for a lot of red carpets this year is long hair. The stars are set to wear their hair long, whether slicked back, pulled high and tight or let loose in long waves. Extensions may well feature.
